Per our notarized contract, Energetic Fitness was supposed to mail my product by 11-15-11 and email me the tracking info. They missed this deadline and did not even contact me. They have had my $7,445 since 10-20-11. Between 11-15-11 & 11-30-11, I have received numerous excuses, delays, lies, have been cursed at, threatened & insulted on several occasions. Ultimately they decided to cancel my order on 11-30-11 and said they won’t give me my money back until 30 days. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed by the authorities and the public needs to know that Energetic Fitness Systems cannot be trusted & conducts their business is an unprofessional manner.

Energetic Fitness was supposed to mail my product by 11-15-11 and email me the tracking info. Also note that Justin then states that my product will ship on Wed 11-23-11 (it did not).

Power is back on, but probably only for a little while. We had a storm come
through earlier and have 65-70 mph winds tonight. Got the transformers
today, but could not mount with the epoxy due to temperatures with the power
outages. It has to be above 60 degrees to cure for 8-10 hours and if the
temp goes below that, the epoxy won't set, has to dug out and redone. What
a pain.

Anyway I hope to be able to do that work tomorrow and ship on Wed. Will let
you know. All parts are here though.

Justin, Shannon nor anyone else with Energetic Fitness (I don’t think they even have any employees, just a husband & wife business that is inactive with the state of WA) ever got back with me and would not answer their phone until I finally reached Justin at 1 AM. He then proceeded to curse at me continually & tell me that he doesn’t like my spiritual business that I own & that he knows a lot of nasty people all around the US.

It is funny how he was selling me on his system by telling me that spiritual people have had very strong meditations while using the EFS-100 and the EFS-200.

I would send something to the better business bureau. Cussing someone out and threatening customer is a sign of a much deeper problem. Maybe they should be investigated.

I am sorry to hear about Chris Chandler’s experience ordering an EFS unit. I agree that he should have received his order as promised however I do not think that Justin and Shannon Brost are dishonest. Before purchasing my EFS unit I tried out EFS at the shop in Bellingham, Washington and spent a lot of time discussing this technology with Justin Brost. I believe that the Brosts are motivated primarily by a desire to help others however I witnessed first hand production delays and inefficiencies in their operation. This is unfortunate because they produce an excellent product that has the potential to help many people. Hopefully with time the Brosts will improve the efficiency of their business. In the meantime its worth being patient.

What qualifies Justin to give advice in this field? Is this FDA approved? Where can someone get more information on this topic? The long list of lawsuits on each listing them as defendants along with an "unregistered" company(from poster above) and the Wash BBB rating is a consideration for those who are long distance and don't know the supplier. Posters here seem very educated and we all have big medical expenses to consider when investing in our health. If the product helps, the supplier reliability down the road is just as important as the ordering reliability. I prefer to go on facts rather than feelings in pricy matters.

EFS makes no medical claims for its equipment. It is not FDA approved as a medical device. I would not buy this or any other technology until you have experience using it. The EFS-200 PRO is designed for use in clinics, gyms, massage therapists offices, etc. at a reasonable per session charge per client. My advice is to find someone in your area who has this technology to try it out.

Is there a list somewhere of clinics? I'd prefer going to a clinic with experienced health care providers, especially for the first few tries....
